Is there a way to set the unit of measurement across the entire app interface to be either only pixel, inch, mm, cm, points, maybe even percent? For example, I know that the ruler units can be set to inches, the gridline spacing to inches, and that you can enter width/height values as "2in" if you want it in inches*. But even still, a hybrid of pixel and inches is shown throughout the interface.
If I'm working on something that will be produced in the physical world (on paper, stone, etc), I don't even want to know of the existence of pixels. Or vice versa- in a digital space perhaps I don't want to ever see inches.
*Actually this doesn't even always seem to be the case. E.g., when trying to set the stroke of a shape to "2in", Pixelmator ignores the entry and returns back to whatever it was showing in pixels. I'm wondering if this is a bug or intentional. But I assume if my main request is solved, then so too will this.
