Pixelmator Pro • Print Issue. Auto Bleed Added?

Hi, I'm working on a file created on A4 template. When exported to a pdf and opened for print it doesn't fill in the paper completely and an invisible border is added to the original design. Selecting different 'Scale to Fit' options like 'Print Entire Image' or 'Fill Entire Paper' do not change the situation. Does anyone know what causes this and how to resolve it?
