Is there any update on Pixelmator Pro and folder names changing? I posted about this months ago, and there was no real solution. The only option is to fix is to turn off iCloud Drive on the affected machines and then reenable it about 10 minutes later. This isn't ideal because all the folders and data need to be recreated and redownloaded from the internet.
When first installed, the program creates a folder in iCloud called Pixelmator Pro with the Pixelmator Pro icon, but I think that name is an alias because if you look at iCloud Drive on the web, the folder is just called Pixelmator. When an update gets installed, the folder gets renamed to just Pixelmator, and the icon disappears.
When I installed it on my laptop, the folder shows as Pixelmator Pro but without the icon. When I try to save a file inside of the app, it wants to save it to a folder called Photometer, but if I chose that option, it saves it to the Pixelmator Pro folder that doesn't have an icon. I don't have Photometer installed.
When I look at the folders on the web, everything is inside the plain old "Pixelmator" folder.
Any thoughts?
